Here we have a Middle Eastern twist on a shortbread biscuit which simply melts in the mouth.

My love and passion for baking helped me develop recipes that  our customers believe are very different from other cookies & cakes and hence have become known as MULLINS SIGNATURE CONFECTIONERY.
